Randie Menningen began working with the Wright State athletic department as a Communications Student Assistant during the 2022-23 school year.
Within the department, she assists the athletic communications offices in a variety of office and gameday roles, including helping with website management, social media content and serving on the stats crews.
Additionally, Menningen is part of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
Menningen is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Elementary Education with a minor in Deaf Studies with expectations to graduate in 2027. From Pickerington, Ohio, she attended the Teaching Professions Program at Eastland Fairfield Career and Technical School where she competed in Educators Rising and placed first in the state and ninth in the nation her junior year. She was a member of the volleyball and softball teams in high school, playing eight years of prep club volleyball before playing on the Wright State club volleyball team as a freshman.
